  It was noticed after the publication of the advertisement in the newspaper, as also on the website, that there was no specific instruction as to whose favour the bank draft was to be issued. While inserting this information on the Institutes web page at a later stage, inadvertently the set of qualifications for the post of Deputy Librarian also got changed, in that 'Master's Degree in Science/Humanities or in an area of thrust in the Institution' got also added at Sl. 2 of the requirement of qualifications which was not there in original details of qualification for the post. Those who might have seen this changed version but not having the additional Master's Degree would have been deprived of applying for the post. If so, only such candidates are given an opportunity to apply for the post at the following address by October 10, 2009.
