Walk in interview for PhD admissions in the areas of ecology, evolution and computational biology

Applications are invited from prospective candidates for the admission to the PhD program in Biology only in the areas of Ecology, Evolution and Computational Biology at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Mohali.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants should have Masters in any branch of science and mathematics (M. Sc./B. Tech/MBBS/M. Tech or equivalent degree) with First class or equivalent (reserved category candidates are eligible for relaxation as per rules) and should have a valid GATE (Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Ecology and Evolution) /CSIR-UGC-NET/ JGEEBILS (TIFR/ NCBS)/ BINC/ICMR/ DBT/ DST-INSPIRE fellowships.

Application procedure
Prospective candidates should bring duly fill PhD admission application form available at  www.iisermohali.ac.in/files/pdf/advt  for walk-in test/interview on July, 14, 2017 (reporting time: 8 am to 9 am). Please come prepared to stay for a day, if necessary. You should bring original certificates along with self-attested copies of your Bachelor and/or Master’s degree along with mark sheets, proof of qualifying exam and proof of date and year of birth.
