Abstract: This presentation will explore my journey and contributions in biomedical and translational research, encompassing diverse projects ranging from cancer molecular biology to tissue engineering, understanding disease mechanisms, developing therapeutic interventions and advancing clinical applications. Topics covered will include the evaluation of cancer-associated gene expression in thyroid carcinomas, the elucidation of molecular mechanisms underlying disease progression, and the development of innovative approaches for clinical interventions. Furthermore, insights into tissue engineering endeavors, such as the exploration of bioengineered corneal grafts and the investigation of endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition in diabetic cardiomyopathy, will be discussed. Additionally, I will highlight my expertise in cancer cell culture, in vitro and in vivo experiments, and molecular analysis techniques. Through this discussion, I aim to demonstrate my multidisciplinary skill set and the translational potential of my research endeavors.
