Abstract: The primary observables of interest to study early-universe phenomena are the two-point and three-point correlation functions involving primordial perturbations. In this talk, I shall discuss my work involving these primordial correlation functions and their imprints on The Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) and the Gravitational Wave (GW) spectrum. I shall start by briefly discussing some features of inflationary scenarios and the three-point functions generated therein. I shall then explain the topic of primordial magnetogenesis and describe the characteristics of magnetic fields produced in the early universe. Thereafter, I shall discuss the properties of GW spectra generated in non-standard cosmological scenarios and, specifically, their significance in the context of the recent detection of a stochastic GW background by pulsar timing arrays. Additionally, I shall talk about the effects of kinematic anisotropies on the GW signal, and their detection prospects with the upcoming Einstein Telescope. I shall also discuss future plans for my research.
