India-Russia 70th Anniversary Celebration Workshop: Groups and Related Structures

The MEA, Govt. of India had proposed that all higher educational Institutes under the administrative control of the MHRD, Govt. of India, who have collaborated with Russia might take initiative to celebrate 70th anniversary of India-Russia diplomatic relations by means of organizing academic meetings involving both sides. The Department of Mathematical Sciences, IISER Mohali has several ongoing bilateral projects with research groups in Russia. In view of this, the celebration workshop was held during December 7-8, 2017 at IISER Mohali that involved all groups from both sides who are actively engaged in several research projects. There were talks by several principal investigators in the first day. The second day was mainly be devoted to disseminate research works by graduate students/post docs generated out of the projects.
